Jackie's and my career in Management Rights commenced in 2003 with a concerted effort to find an appropriate complex. In September 2005, we decided to purchase a Management Rights complex on the Sunshine Coast and we were referred to Barry for financial advice. While our requirements were not exactly straight forward - we had a house in NZ that we wanted to keep and borrow against, Barry went about securing our finance with the least amount of stress.

Over the next two months while due diligence was being completed, we were in North Queensland and with Barry's help and skill we were able to keep our house in NZ and purchase our business here. He secured a very good banking proposal for us and liaised with the Accountant and Solicitor, making the process very easy.
